Return Merchandise Authorization

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request must be made any time equipment needs to be sent back to an HSE/AEM facility for any reason. To ensure your RMA request is handled in a timely manner, please complete all information in the form below and submit your completed form to us.

You will be notified with an RMA number via e-mail when your return request is approved. Do NOT return your product prior to receiving a valid RMA number and ship-to location. Read our Warranty and RMA Policy for more information. Please allow up to 2 business days for RMA request processing.
